And Violet is the best, too, every time I call with a question or to pay a bill! Have a garage door opener still under warranty that needed attention. Within MINUTES of reaching out, my previous technician Pete was on the phone with me. He stopped by first thing today and fixed the problem. Can't find customer service like that anymore!!
