    I’ve been taking Pilates classes with Kris at Burdo Studios for the past 2.5 months and I couldn't be happier with the experience! Since starting these classes I’ve noticed a significant improvement in my mobility, which has made it so much easier to chase after my toddler. Kris always provides clear instructions and modifications to suit all fitness levels, ensuring everyone gets the most out of each session.

    Burdo Studios is a healing place for me. I started attending Pilates classes here over a year ago to attend to my physical body and strength. I have managed to find that strength in more ways than one. Laura and Kris are professional, compassionate, and fun people! They know what they’re doing, and they make my time here enjoyable and fulfilling. As I often tell my daughters and anyone else who will listen, “Pilates days are the BEST days!”

    I met Laura earlier this year as my wife convinced me to give pilates a try after working with Laura for some time, with great results I might add.Having done more traditional gym workouts/personal training stuff in the past I didn't really know what to expect. Wow, to my surprise this is the best method I have ever tried...very complete body workout, and **challenging** (which is what I need! ). It emphasizes core strength and awareness, control and precision, and for me it has **vastly** improved my overall balance. I ride a large Adventure motorcycle on and off-road where balance and core strength are critical. I find my riding skills and confidence greatly improved...read full review
