The common room, there were not enough chairs for any of us to sit have breakfast,lunch or dinner, the place dose not look like the photos. We seen the doctor for a Approximately 5 seconds and never again until the next day, the ladies that checked me in were awesome, the two ladies on my floor 1 white and 1 of color, the black lady was truly amazing she cared. Talked to me the hole time just telling how things worked. The white lady thou she was rude. My morning after getting there the colored people where great. My night shift ones not so much. I've been at this place for the past week and I must say this is among one of the best facilities I've ever been to and I've been doing some bad ones I It does have its problems but the staff is not the problem I had a very positive experience here doctor Khan and her staff are amazing They have done me tremendous help don't listen to the bad reviews they do want to help you You gotta understand how stress members are and what they have to deal with on a daily basis This is a job you take out a heart Not for a pay check If you need the help these people will help you

If you or someone else is seeking inpatient mental health treatment, please do some research before coming here. There were so many wrongs outweighing pthe good, it's amazing they're even open.I wasn't impressed by the food. It was very unappetizing. Let alone, I fought the kitchen staff on a daily basis, just get something healthy to eat. There's no registered dietician on staff to help plan menus. Thank God for Ensure. I'd starve without those.Some of the staff rocked it. Meme, Mary, Colin "Colin off", Alex and Zach literally would go the extra mile to do what ever, made their patients comfortable.
