I took my car in for service in October. Car came back with a nasty dent in the front passenger door. I didn’t see it initially because it was below the lower panel line. When I saw it, it was clear that it had not been there before. The car sits inside covered the majority of the time and is rarely touched. I sent several emails and left voicemails for Bob in service. No response. I emailed and left a voicemail for the GM. No response. I took my car to a PDR specialist and when he went in the door, the glue had already been cut on the brace meaning… they knew what they did and tried to repair it themselves but… they made it worse. I posted on social media in an enthusiast group about a positive experience I had at a competitor and someone asked why I didn’t bring my car here. I told my story. It was at this point that one of their employees reached out to harass me via private message. I sent the dealership an email with all of the details about what had transpired and again… nothing. Sent them a message via social media outlets and again… nothing. I filed a formal complaint with Audi USA and, when they followed up one week later, one from the dealership had attempted to resolve, apologize, nothing… Do yourself a favor and steer clear. I didn’t recommend the dealership. It seems as though that’s the only default to leave a review.
