They are professional, courteous, excellent in communicating time constraints if there are any, and I have never been unhappy with any of the techs who have provided service for me for a number of years. Their prices are very fair, and I recommend them without qualification.

Apollo gave what I think was a fair bid for my need. The technician was on time, very professional and courteous. He took the time needed to do the job right and explained the product he installed. He answered any questions I had in layman's terms so I could understand. They did a great overall job.
