I called the office at 2:00 p.m. to request removal of a large hornets' nest from a tree. My information was referred to the insect folks and I received an emailed quote less than an hour later. A short time after I signed the paperwork and paid the deposit, I received a call to schedule the removal the next morning between 8:00 and 10:00. Because the tree is in my front yard, I didn't even have to be home! I got a call at about 8:00 from Ethan (Sorry if I got that wrong!), who was on his way. The screened vents in the eaves of our house had been infiltrated by birds in a few places. We decided to have all the vent openings (over 100) covered with perforated metal panels. Bobby and Logan did a great job, very friendly and professional. Thanks!
Moved to a new house, found yellow jackets outside, nest was at a tricky place, the technician was great, arrived in time, explained the process and what to expect, was happy to see the queen leave, will definitely use their service again if needed, highly recommended.
