The trainers were incredible, treating him like family and giving us the tools to continue the training at home. Rip loved it so much that every time we pulled into the driveway for follow-ups, he would get so excited—I joked that he liked training more than being home! Because he was thriving, we went back for the off-leash program, and the transformation has been unbelievable. Everywhere we go, people compliment on how well-behaved Rip is. Our dog, Indie, has been in training with Mark and has yet to finish, but yesterday was a huge payoff which most likely saved her life. She jumped out of my car to run after a deer on our busy street and before her paws hit the pavement, I yelled "NO!". She stopped dead in her tracks and came back to me. This is undoubtedly a result of her obedience lessons taught by Mark. The fact that this training overrode her primal instincts amazes me.
