Went today to look for foundation, Fenty specifically. Asked for someone to help me match it up and Makenna asked me all kinds of questions about what I was looking for. Although Fenty did not work out for me, she found me the BEST and natural foundation and other items that blew my mind! I’d never heard of Benefit cosmetics and she walked me through each product and step and I loved her personality and passion. It was EXACTY what I wanted. She nailed it and I hope she never leaves Ulta!!!!!

Please try to avoid going in person to Ulta and just stick to online if you live in the Chillicothe area. It’s overran with unattended children running and screaming through the store, filling bags with items and leaving them for employees to put up later. Then when I went to checkout, the register was a MESS and the behavior of employees cost the company a lot of money today. They told the woman in front of me to line up in a certain area, so I followed her. They let us and many other stand there in clear view in line for a good 10min til some Karen, buying 1 item mind you, complained that the line is actually supposed to go the other way and immediately the employees... read full review

Went in and at noon and was out by 12:04. 4 minutes. Showed up and showed them what I was looking for and they took me straight to it and then checkout was quick. Great customer service!
