After a horrid experience with the first repair company they sent out, we were not getting our hopes up after requesting another company...However, what a relief to have nice, respectful, TRUTHFUL, patient, intelligent, and most of all, he let me speak and he actually listened. Lesson learned do not let warranty dept automatically pick some big city company. Ask a for Staffords, if you want a nice hometown respectful company!

We ordered a Whirlpool dishwasher motor and pump. Got it in two days. My husband installed it and our 1998 dishwasher is working great. Quality parts, service and price. Thank you Stafford for your great service.

Adam arrived on time, listened patiently to what was going on with our refrigerator, tried different things to correct the issue...just an awesome service call. Had to buy a part, but, once again, showed up on time, installed it and very pleased! Thank you!
