The friendly folks at Price are top-notch, from the exam process to aftercare. Dr. Jodi made the experience easy and helped me understand my vision needs. My frames were delivered quickly and fit perfectly, and my lenses were just what I needed to make my life a bit easier. It's nice to be able to see better, and Price Family EyeCare has my business and my respect!

They were amazing. Our 6 you son was with us and didn't have an appointment, we were switching off but they have him crayons and pics to color and joked with him. It was an amazing experience.

Today was the first eye exam I've had in nearly 17 years after having Lasik surgery. The entire staff were very welcoming and personable. Dr. Christian Price provided me with great information on issues I was never made aware by any other Optometrist. I had gone to multiple doctors for 16 years worth of eye exams, prior to surgery. They have up to date equipment and a smooth process. I will be returning and encouraging my friends and family to do the same.

I didn’t even get to pick out my glasses when it came to choosing frames!!

One of the worst experiences with an eye doctor I’ve ever had. Just know if you go here, they will force you to get a lens that cost
more than polycarbonate before you even check prices. They wanted to dilate my eyes without even asking consent and then I signed a laminated piece of paper with a dry erase marker to say I’m opting out of dilation, pretty sure that’s not valid. A preface I recently went to a different doctor six months ago and I’m looking around because I got a new insurance. This place was a VSP Premier edge location so I made an appointment. Which by the way they will make you another appointment in six months without asking you anything about the details. I asked the doctor about a couple of the services within the exam that I didn’t want because I was just recently at the doctor and luckily he did comp a retina screening even though I would’ve been fine if they didn’t do it at all. i’m only 23 and I was at the doctor six months ago. There’s been no problems. I don’t understand why they would do that when I don’t want it. I’m fully convinced it was all about money for these people. The tech is so frazzled. She started telling me I wrote my name wrong and she could not focus on anything I am honestly surprised the billing wasn’t worse. She even did part of the exam with my glasses on which I found very odd. They’re also an extremely outdated facility/house. They still have the air pressure that shoots air in your eye which is fine if the care is good, but it wasn’t.

I didn’t even get to pick out my glasses when it came to choosing frames!!

Someone else was grabbing multiple pairs of glasses for me, by the lens may I add, and most of them were not covered by my insurance or way above what I wanted to pay and when I asked if they were covered, she said she would check and of course she didn’t. She kept going back to a different patient that was buying two pairs of frames where I was just getting one. So of course, I got stuck with the frazzled technician that didn’t know anything about pricing, billing or forms Ineeded to sign.

I had high hopes for this because it’s a family owned facility, but I feel like I just got scammed out of my money and shamed when I didn’t want to get every single thing done that they offered. I just wanted to walk out after the exam. I’m usually not a Karen about this stuff but unfortunately, this is too many situations that were unacceptable to not share.

I went to Price because they were preferred with my VSP insurance plan. My Sig. Other has medicare insurance and had his eye exam done there with us as well. At the end of the visit, he was told that he owed $168! We have never been charged for an eye exam since it's covered for one a year. That's when we found out that because he wears contacts, they charged him for an eye exam AND for a contact exam?!?! Never heard of such! We've gone to Pearle Vision and other Eye Specialists in Columbus and have NEVER been charged for two eye exams. We asked for the contact prescription, and got the same response as the lady above. They didn't really want to give it to us and wanted us to order the contacts through them. That said, they did find an issue with his eyes and the contacts that they finally found worked for him. Jury is still out on what we'll do next year. We'll go to this eye specialist and see what happens there.
