Best Tattoo shop in Chillicothe!Period.The artists genuinely care about their work, and your skin.If they recommend going in a slightly different direction, like size / location, it is only for your own benefit!They know what they're doing and their goal is for you to get the most for your money, longevity, and incorporating previous tattoos, the one you're getting, and future tattoos.In my opinion, that alone is priceless.
