“Doddie, their Apprentice Optician treated me with respect, kindness and took great care of all my optical needs. She even tried to find a pair of frames for my current lenses, but none fit. Every employee in their optical center was polite, respectful and knows how to treat others with dignity and empathy.
Being disabled, those high back chairs are excellent for customers to sit in with mobility issues like myself. The outside of the building even has a sign to the entrance closest to their optical center.
