My favorite yoga practitioners in Chillicothe! I enjoy yoga, but the older I get the more challenging it can be. Explorer Yoga instructors are very knowledgeable at helping me with adaptations to help me do more and increase my range of motion. I am disabled and I thrive on inspiration, encouragement, and EY instructors make me feel empowered.

I’ve gone. I’ve stopped. I came back. I’ve been welcomed back every time! Every time I forget the reason why I stopped in the first place. Every time I leave I feel so much more alive. I am worth this time.

Denise is excellent at guiding yogis through their practice at any level. Her restorative yoga is excellent! I have do e Denise's classes in her studio and at special places such as Adena Mansion and Hopewell Culture Historical Center. All of them are excellent.
