Mr Martinez was an AMAZING guy!!! He was extremely thorough and explained everything to me in terms that I could completely understand. In the end, a new furnace is required immediately!!!
Luke was the technician. He did a thorough job of diagnosing the problems and explaining my options.I really appreciate him being candid about the situation. Not everyone would have.Luke did not make any repairs as we decided it would be a waste of money.So I am going to bide my time and see if I can manage to get through this season.If/when the unit needs replaced, I'll definitely keep you in mind.
