Sharp was very polite and informed me of my outside unit was full of grass clippings which was from my grass cutting company. He even cleaned it out for me. He went through all the items that needed to be done. Hopefully I see you in spring , no problems before that but if have a problem I know who to call.
We called the Chillicothe location and they sent a tech to our home just a couple hours after we called. Our service tech was Alex and he was very friendly and very helpful. He even came back and helped solve a thermostat issue. He worked quickly and was able to solve the problem fast. 10/10 recommend. We are so glad to have our system working again!
Really great company to work with, they installed a brand new HVAC system in my home. 3 months after the install I had some issues with water leaking from the furnace and they were able to come out the next day. Alex did the repair and was amazing! He double and triple checked everything and made sure I understood what the problem was and how he was fixing it. He definitely went above and beyond- thank you Alex!
