We lost our AC back at the start of July. We called a guy to come out and take a look at it and he told us that our reverse valve was bad. We wanted a 2nd opinion and we called affordable. Alex was here about 15 mins and was able to diagnose that the issue was the thermostat and that the unit needed cleaned. He cleaned the unit for us and replaced the thermostat, then after running a few test found out that the unit was overfilled with coolant. He fixed all issues, we are back up and running good. I have bought my house 6 years ago and I was lied to about the age of the HVAC system and it was just not keeping my old home cool or warm in the winter and I had to do something and after having several companies come out I went with Affordable because they offered great product at a price I could afford. After a frustrating experience trying to get our HVAC issues resolved, Alex was a breath of fresh air. He quickly diagnosed the problem with our ductwork, explained everything clearly, and found that the issue was simply that the vents needed to be re-taped.
