Body Zone is a fantastic gym run by amazing people. Super helpful because they offer training and support on house as well. Tina and Kathy are welcoming and warm to anyone who wants to improve their health, increase strength and stability, and increase their aesthetic appearance.
This place is a great place to work out, no judgment and they make you feel like you belong. It's very clean with great equipment and they have plenty of classes that you can take. Best gym I've been to!!!!
I see a massage therapist there who has a office at this location. Her name is diane and she is absolutely wonderful! I will continue to see her and would recommend her to EVERYONE!
