The service tech who visited my house is THE best! He was the nicest, most easy going person, and not to mention knowledgeable. He resolved my problem quickly. Please never lose him as an employee and always send him to my house!
I had the greatest experience with a technician named Brad. He was on time, educated me, did an outstanding job and made sure he answered all my questions. A terrific worker and if you ever see the man with the giant white beard you’ll know what I mean by a 10/10 experience. Bravo!
I contacted Accurate Heating, Cooling & Plumbing to check out my outside unit, which was making an odd noise. Within minutes, they diagnosed the issue and guided me over the phone on how to get a new system. The whole process was incredibly easy! Everyone was super friendly, and I was approved for financing within just 10 minutes. The next day, they called to schedule an installation appointment, and two days later, I had a brand new unit installed. The two gentlemen who came to do the installation were very friendly and answered all my questions. I highly recommend their services
