Tech came in and looked at everything while I was watching and explained what be was looking for. It turn out we had a bad thermostat so he hooked up the new one now it works like a charm

Installed a new heat pump today and did a great job. Quick and clean.
August 2026 - Came by for my fall/winter maintenance inspection and did a very thorough job checking the air handler, duct temperature, thermostat and outside unit. Very good job answering any questions and giving suggestions at maintenance that I should be aware of. Very happy at this time.

I cannot remember his name, neither can my husband. But he was very nice. Got it fixed called one day and the next day he was able to come , it was our Generac generator. He was a license Generator repair service. So we highly recommend,accurate Heating And Cooling. Thank you, the Smiths.
