I cannot recommend Joe of Kordun Properties, Inc. enough! I met Joe through a mutual friend in the neighborhood and he came highly recommended and did not disappoint! I am a single woman and have had my share of bad experiences with hiring help for repairs around the house, resulting in money spent and repairs not executed properly, more often than not. Joe, on the other hand, has been wonderful. I have the knowledge and experience to do almost any project around a house including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, new construction and additions. In addition, I’m pretty particular how I want things done. My wife says this makes me a difficult customer for any contractor. Shoulder and back surgery has driven me to seek help.My wife found Joe’s number in the local paper and to appease her I called Joe. We had a binding sliding door and Joe took a look at it saying he could fix it.
