DITTO Heating & Cooling is a professional and economical HVAC company that puts the customer first. The team is known for being timely, considerate, and accommodating of individual requests. They arrive immediately after a call to assess situations and provide direction and pricing. Installations are completed quickly and professionally by a super excellent installation team, even in urgent circumstances like a total system loss. The company is reliable, especially when other local companies do not return calls. They handle heating system installation, AC unit replacement, and thermostat repair. The work results in systems that are more efficient, quieter, and more reliable. The owner is good at his art, provides quick help by text, and offers competitively priced parts. He is willing to work with DIYers to save money, providing guidance and components while allowing customers to complete some work themselves. DITTO Heating & Cooling’s prices are much lower than bigger HVAC outfits. Customers feel they are the only priority and personally recommend the company for any HVAC needs.
We had lost our whole HVAC system during a storm. The owner and his team arrived immediately after our call to assess our situation and provide direction and pricing. We immediately agreed to the terms and requested our situation be expedited due to no AC in 90 degree temps. Within a short period of time he returned with our product and installed the system within 1.5 days. We are now back up and running thanks to their super excellent installation team! When my AC compressor blew out it almost started my house on fire. Kevin came out within a couple days. I asked him to quote and replace the entire system. Within the next two weeks I had a fully functioning new system. The other two local Chesterland companies I called never even bothered to return my calls. Thank you Kevin! My AC is 55% more efficient (16 SEER vs. 8 SEER), and my furnace is 15% more efficient. The system will pay for itself over the next decade, and it's a lot quieter and more reliable than the old system.Services: Heating system installation
I am a DIYer at heart but there are certain things I know are better left to the professionals. My AC quit working in early summer 2020. I was able to ‘McGiver” it through that summer knowing it would need to be replaced in the off season. My go-to HVAC guy had run into some health issues and was stepping away from the business. When I asked for a referral he gave me the number for Ditto Heating and Cooling. I called Kevin in February and he came out to assess the job.
