Thee Hair Boss Salon 83 is a unique, speakeasy-inspired salon that feels like stepping back into the mobster days. It is not a typical salon. The stylist is the sole operator, with 23 years in the industry and close to 15 years as a color educator, having taught on stage at major hair shows in big cities. Clients describe the stylist as the best, an amazing hair stylist, and a sweet person. She is patient, kind, and all around amazing, especially with children, providing the best haircuts. She offers real hair tape-in extensions that look natural and provides styling. Her prices are very affordable and reasonable, as she believes in beautiful hair and making people happy, not overcharging. The salon atmosphere is beautiful and supportive, where the clientele turns into family. The experience involves laughing and great conversation. Customers highly recommend her, stating they wouldn't trust anyone else with their hair and will be returning every time.
I highly recommend this place. Robin is a very talented and creative hair designer/professional. Not only did she do a beautiful job on my highlights/color and haircut but she’s a great person to talk to. Super down to earth. She makes you feel at home the minute you walk in her shop. I’ve been to a ton of “upscale” pricey salons… and Robin outshines them all ✨
My hair just wasn’t growing for years so I went to Robin. She got me real hair tape in extensions for such a great price, took her time putting them in then styled my hair for me. It looks so natural and now I feel like a completely different person. I can’t thank her enough for giving me my confidence back. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my hair. We had such a great morning laughing and discussing my upcoming wedding and I can’t wait to go see her again to do my hair for my special day!
Just left here and all I can say is wow! I took my two boys to get hair cuts and Robin absolutely impressed me. She was patient, kind and all around amazing with the kids. The best hair cuts they’ve gotten.. ever on top of it! We will be going back every time, and I will be making an appointment for myself asap.
