S.A.M. Landscaping is TOP NOTCH. They have handled grounds for a condo association for grass and leaves. All their employees actually care about how the final result turns out, taking time to ensure it looks like the outfield of an MLB field. There were blatant missed uncut spots of grass with a different company, but S.A.M. returned and the grounds look immaculate again. The owner is friendly, knowledgeable, and enjoys what he does. They did high quality work on a landscape design, and when a patio paver was cracked during the process, they replaced it without being asked. They also did a great job on a fire pit. The quality of work is excellent for building decks, patios, and plants. They do lawn and fertilizer care and are very consistent. The employees' hard work, attention to detail, and genuine care are noticed and appreciated.
S.A.M. Landscaping maintains my condo development in Concord and they are awesome! Extremely hard working crews, very accommodating and just a great landscaping business! LOVE THESE GUYS!
S.A.M Landscaping is TOP NOTCH!! For the last several years they have handled our grounds in our condo association for grass and leaves. All their employees actually care about how the final result turns out and they take the time necessary to ensure it turns out like the outfield of MLB field. At the beginning of this summer season we had a temporary different company for the first month and WOW, there was such a difference! All over the grounds there were tons of just blatant missed uncut spots of grass, minimal edging, below average clean up, and the final result was almost embarrassing.
