It’s more than just karate- they also teach a lot about patience, following instruction and showing respect. My 5 year old has picked up on so many positive behaviors and I have noticed such a huge improvement with him at home in just a short few weeks of starting classes. My 9 year old is a little on the shy side but has told me he’s so glad he tried it out because he finally found something he loves. He’s so excited for every class!
