Tim Fitch replaced my roof a few years ago and did a fantastic job. Before starting to shingle, he told me that there was not adequate ventilation in the attic and recommended a ridge vent, and after checking with my brother, who is a contractor in Virginia, I agreed to have him do the ridge vent. I later found out that the ridge vent had stopped the growth of mold in my attic when an electrician went up there to check wiring. At a later time, Tim Fitch remodeled my bathroom and did a great job with that too. He did a great job for both these projects and cleaned up afterwards.
