We had our Kitchen Window (large 3 pane casement with transom) and large dining room (double hung with transom) by US Window and Door. The entire experience to the first call to Dave, to Nick coming to the house, measuring and presenting us with a proposal, to the courteous, and professional installers was exceptional, and we will be ordering additional windows soon.You would not know the installer were heree. They were pleasant, took steps to minimize dust, and even stopped to explain how they were doing the install. Both Nick and Dave followed up after the installation. If you called some of the big window companies and didn't fall for the high pressure sales tactics and happened upon these guys after the fact then BOY HOWDY you're in luck. They did a fantastic job installing the Pro Via windows throughout the entire house. I had a couple rotten window frames and they fixed them up as well. Glad we still got some local contractors willing to do good work and not scam the living daylights out of people.
Pro via windows are reasonably priced so long as you're not picky on color or fancy grid patterns. Hopefully these triple glazed windows keep the icicles off my gutters this upcoming winter. If they do, then I'll be dead nuts certain...read full review
I have been impressed with this company from the very beginning! We had 15 windows replaced and a new one added to the house! It took 2 days to install all the windows and the guys were always there on time. They were very helpful if I had any questions, super knowledgeable and overall great guys! I highly recommend this company to family, friends and complete strangers!
