“I've been a patient there for over 10 years and I can honestly say that I have NEVER had a problem with that office or anyone there. Everyone is so helpful, encouraging and honestly cares about my dental health....yes I said health. A dentist and and dental appointments are just as important as any medical doctors. I recently read a review about that office that was horribly wrong and the person who wrote it sounds like a miserable person and probably a difficult person and patient. If they were that unhappy, they should have went somewhere else years ago but they've been a patient for 20 years??? Too much miserable time on their hands. The dentists at that office do so much for our community and donate so much of their personal time to the community, to say are making a profit and money off everyone is absurd! Its a business. And I'm sure they've worked hard and earned that business as it should be. I recommend Chardon Smile Center to everyone!!!“

“My first visit for an xray and exam went well. Dr. Horn told me things going on with my tooth of maybe a slighy hairline crack giving me pain but he has given me an antibotic prescription to see if it helps. If it does, means my other bad cavity tooth is giving me issues which he gave me info to see a specialist if that comes to be. Dr. Horn is a very very nice man. I gave a 5 star for my first visit. “They are always on running right on schedule for appointments and are super quick. Most dentist offices you have to wait around but I can be back in my car in 15 minutes when I come in for a normal checkup. All of our kids go there as well and they are great with them.“
