My BEST experience at a dental office. I came in as a new patient, I had four different people…from the receptionists, to the technicians, dentist (Dr. Dema) specialist (Aliyah) to fill my cavities. They all made sure I understood what I needed to be done, and made sure my insurance was covering it. I 110% recommend this facility. I recommend Dr Dema, and Aliyah.
Worth the 10 min wait, I’d wait an hour to be taken care of by them. You know they’re good, when they go the extra mile for their patients.
I absolutely abhor going to the dentist. I hadn't been in five years; pure procrastination. However, my experience was excellent! The customer service provided was exquisite, my needs and concerns were handled with kindness, tenderness and I felt cared for. I was disappointed that they did not accept HMO insurance, which meant paying out-of-pocket for covered services. But I didn't mind as much as I might have because the care was delivered very well. I still need follow-up care. Its unfortunate that I cannot return to Lake for that care. SMH
Everyone was so nice and understanding when my daughter has severe anxiety and even let her watch her brother go first which helped a little bit but we're very friendly and talkative with my 8 year old telling her each step my son loved it!!!
