Patient Computer Help for Grown Ups

I have nothing but great things to say about them. As a small business owner it takes a lot to impress me. Karen went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. Recently, I had a small problem with a printer, that wasn't very pressing. She got out to my office and got it resolved (along with fixing another problem) within a couple days. A week or 2 before that I had a more pressing issue that she was able to remotely fix right away. I've bounced through a couple IT people over the past couple years, and I finally found the one I will stick with. I wont go anywhere else!

Bruce came to the house and helped us buy and set up a second monitor. He is so knowledgeable and professional and solved our problem in one visit! I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Bruce was very knowledgeable and helpful . He set up our new computer got it up and running. Bruce arrived on time , answered all our question and was patient with us getting familiar with the new computer. A few days later I called him about downloading one of the updates and he stayed on the phone walking me through the download, worked out great. He is a certified Apple tech. Glad we were able to find him. The associate at the Apple store gave me a print out of Apple Certified persons who would be able to help me. I called him on Monday set up an appointment for a few days later for a Wednesday appointment. It was perfect for us. Thank you, Bruce
