I can’t say enough good things about Bravo Homes! The quality of their construction is evident as soon as you walk through the door. They use high-end materials like Pella windows, KitchenAid appliances, and soft close cabinets and drawers. Details like tall baseboards, transom windows, and custom designed Amish millwork give the homes a very upscale and custom feel. They definitely don’t skimp on finishes! The owner, Bob, is kind, caring, and honest. He bent over backwards to create the perfect home for my husband and me. Both Bob and his construction supervisor, Dave, were always available to answer questions and weigh in candidly on decisions. I had a very specific vision for how I wanted my home to feel and function, and Bob and his team made it all happen! I wouldn’t hesitate to build with Bravo homes again in the future!
We feel very blessed to have had the chance to work with Bob Cohen from Bravo Homes when building our new house. He exceeded our expectations in every way possible and made a potentially stressful project incredibly fun. Bob is one of the nicest people you’ll ever meet and he and everyone that works with him is unbelievably talented. Within a week, my husband and I counted Bob as a friend. By the time our home was complete, he felt like a close member of our family. Bob and I traded thousands of text messages throughout the process and he always made himself available to talk- at all hours of the day and evening. Although we knew that Bob had multiple other projects going on at the same time, we always felt as though we were his only customer. He took every crazy out-of-the-box idea I threw at him in stride, never refusing to consider any change of plans we suggested. He happily incorporated multiple reclaimed pieces we sourced ourselves into countertops, parts of the fireplace and elsewhere. To top it off, Bob made sure we finished on schedule! The service, craftsmanship and quality provided by Bravo Homes is unmatched. We didn't imagine we’d get all that we did at our price point. To say we’re satisfied is a gross understatement. I would absolutely recommend Bob and Bravo Homes to anyone looking to build, add on or remodel.
