We called and were added on about 1.5 months before taxes were due. They were pretty full then, so if you want taxes done, make sure you don't wait until the last minute here. After dropping off our materials, they were finished in about 1 week. Very quick, professional, and helpful along the way as this was our first experience not doing TurboTax. Had everything in a nice folder--near and tidy, and even had instructions on how to make your payment to the IRS. I would gladly take my business here again.“
