I love going to StretchLab! If I miss a week, I can certainly feel it. Ken does an amazing job and he’s very personable. I highly recommend StretchLab and specifically Ken in Centerville.

Since joining, StretchLab Centerville has been AMAZING! I’ve had the opportunity to work with several flexogist. Most of my sessions have been with Noah H. Great guy, very knowledgeable. Most recently I’ve had the opportunity to work with Ember. Wow, another great knowledgeable flexologist helping me to learn more about my iliacus and performs muscles. Both providing great stretches and exercises to perform at home to continue the work they started with me.
