Let me start off by saying that this place has a great atmosphere and unbelievable staff in a really educated Botox expert in Lacey. The two front desk ladies are incredible Kristen the scheduler and the girl who answers the phones is very, very sweet! Their text updates on your appointments keep you informed. The Botox treatment I had there worked very effectively and then they did a follow-up just to make sure that everything came out perfectly and add a couple of units for me just to make sure that it lasted. I could not be more grateful for Lacey's help and the rest of the staffs professionalism. Chuck Leonhardt
