“This is my second review of Grass Monkey (in Sept 2025). What an outstanding company! David and Dean removed a huge pine tree that was stuck by lightning. They planted a beautiful new tree, trimmed our arborvitae, and repositioned a series of stepping stones. Very professional, courteous and such hard workers. Everything looks amazing. Also, thanks to Eric, the owner, who gave us an estimate and to Cory who supervised the crew.

Our grass and landscape beds were a mess after a new sump pump line was installed in our side yard and entire back yard. Corey and his assistant removed the huge dirt clumps and then spread topsoil and grass seed with straw. They also edged and mulched the beds. An excellent job! In addition they trimmed our two huge stands of arborvitae. Very courteous and professional crew. THANKS!“

“We recently had an in ground pool put in by Knickerbockers. Vance and his team did all of the retaining walls and pavers. We couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. Vance was great to work with and really made our vision become reality. Everyone who has seen it is amazed how he transformed our back yard into a place that everyone wants to hangout. “I hired Dunham to bring a cord of seasoned firewood...i needed to change my invoice to allow for stacking...Sabrina did that within a day and they delivered the wood on time and the wood burns great. I forget the guys name who delivered it but he did a great job stacking and he also gave me some extra kindling. I typically would not pay for a service like this ahead of time but i just knew in my heart this company was solid by reading the reviews.
They stand by their word and their prices are fair. I have been doing my own landscaping for years because i have super high standards, but i think i found the company that matches my standards...time will tell because i will be hiring them for some work and i will let people know. Thanks Dunham for restoring my hope in hiring out for my landscaping needs!!“

“We used them for landscaping last summer. We were charged $2500 for them to come out for less than 2 hrs to edge a few flowerbeds and clean up 2 overgrown areas. That was not all of what we asked for in our original quote. We asked them to come back out and they refused and said " the job was done". Claimed they were here for 4 hrs- I work from home and they were not. They got an attorney involved to receive the rest of the payment which was $1200, & specifically said as long as it was paid in full our lawn would be mowed this summer. As soon as the payment was sent they said they are full and can no longer cut our lawn. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. 1st when a customer states the job was not complete you send someone out. secondly when we paid for services we didn't even receive in order to get our lawn cut and the company goes back on their word...that is UNACCEPTABLE!!“

“They do work around our neighborhood and it looks good and I feel like we are getting decent bang for our buck as it is a huge area.

This is unrelated to your work, but when you have your company name on your vehicles, you should ensure your drivers are qualified and able to obey traffic laws and signs. Some of your employees need to go back to drivers education to learn what a yield sign is and how to navigate traffic circles.“
