This is my Go To workout studio! I have been coming here for multiple years now and have tried many of the classes they offer.My favorite is Tabata with Andy on Tuesdays at 7pm or Sundays at 8am. This is a very intensive class and is meant to make you sweat. Andy is so great at keeping the class motivated and making sure you are pushing yourself to be the best you can.The studio is always clean and well taken care of. They have cubbies to hold your stuff while you are in class and they keep the doors lock when someone isn't at the desk so you don't have to worry about anyone stealing it.They have extra mats, towels, and water for anyone who may have forgotten any gear....read full review

I'm new to the practice of yoga and felt completely comfortable in the pace, yet challenging sessions offered at this studio. The vibe was very supportive and fun. Sign-up with Emily, she was very knowledgeable and great with talking you through correct postures and even offering alternatives when needed.

Top notch studio! What a beautiful way to start off the new year too! Molly is an incredible instructor. From the way she flows the class into each transition, helping with corrections and her choice of words to help you through the challenging times truly made a difference and so grateful for it!
