I’ve taken my Mini into Foreign Exchange ever since my factory warranty ran out. They’re 1) honest, 2) very knowledgeable, 3) do excellent work / stand by their work are 4) courteous / great service & communication. I worked with Aaron primarily but also Tom and Ryan. Great crew and one I fully recommend if you plan on keeping your car for any length of time.
In July went in with a air leak code on my mini and needed it smoke tested to fix it also switched around some connections that I accidentally swapped which did fix the problem but in the process they broke one of my connectors in half so bad that it failed and now having to replace the connector and they never mentioned it to me which sucks but they did do their job in getting the codes to go away
Great communication - Aaron called with information and options for me regarding a repair. He explained why the quotes where at the price range listed, including the specific man hours needed for each. I trusted his counsel and went with his recommendation. My car is running great. I appreciate that Foreign Exchange stands for quality work at a fair price. I’ll continue to use them in the future.
