I had a problem with a clogged line in a seasonal trailer and didn't have the right tools to fix it myself. I was able to get RotoRooter to schedule us for the next morning. Ethan texted and called to get specific directions (we have lot numbers rather than actual street addresses) and was on time. He fixed the problem quickly, but didn't rush off and we ran all the lines to make sure it was good. I was very pleased with the speed of response, Ethan was great and professional and the price was reasonable for a plumbing visit and repair. He had the necessary parts in his truck which really saved time and money and these weren't common fittings.

The story is last week I discovered a sewage backup at my home at 7:45 in the morning and called Roto-Rooter, which had helped me 3 years ago in an emergency. The agent said a team would be at my house in 30 to 45 minutes and they were! They quickly assessed the situation and promptly snaked the line, pulling out tree roots. Well appreciated the quick response even though it wasn't emergency, still billed me like an emergency, couldn't believe he didn't have the right plumbing parts on hand but was able to repair in a timely fashion still can't believe the price for just a half inch copper end cap repair
