We thought we needed a new roof, so Daniel came out this morning to take a look. He was very professional and great to work with, took plenty of time to inspect the roof, and even went into the attic to look for leaks. His verdict was that the roof was actually okay, we didn't need to replace it now, but that we would have to replace wood in addition to shingles when the time comes. He did find evidence of a possible leak that was caused by insufficient caulking on parts of the siding, not the roof, so he took the time to caulk those areas and did not charge us for his time and effort.
