In the end, they were able to far exceed our expectations and stay within our modest budget. The fact that they are a smaller operation helped us feel connected and valued during the entire process. Much preferred than a larger, impersonal developer. Would highly recommend!

Exceptional professional and stands behind thier work and makes sure their client is satified with the result. They even went well beyond to fix a problem with the building that was unkown at the time we started construction but they were very reasonable for all the extra work.

I'm very satisfied with my new home built by Brentwood Builders! They provide quality work, follow up promptly on any issues, answer questions, and completed my home even earlier than anticipated. This is my second Brentwood home after nearly 20 years in the first home. I might add the neighbors are the best too!
