On top of that, she remembers from one session to the next what I can and cannot do; what I enjoy and dislike. The facility is intimate, so I don't need to worry about other people watching me. It had plenty of equipment for a variety of exercises. The prices are also pretty reasonable. I'll definitely continue working on my wellness goals with Chelsea!“
