“Would give 10 stars if it was possible. I have had problems with my shoulder rolling forward (after 5 surgeries for rib removal and a blood clot) for 3 years, no doctor could give me any solution and no therapist could help me progress in any way. From 17 to 20 years old I have been dealing with this and it has lowered the quality of my life athletically and in general. Every single doctor has told me that I need to get more surgeries. But after 3 years of trying to figure this out, I believe that the medical industry cares much more about lining their pockets before ACTUALLY helping you. On top of that, she remembers from one session to the next what I can and cannot do; what I enjoy and dislike. The facility is intimate, so I don't need to worry about other people watching me. It had plenty of equipment for a variety of exercises. The prices are also pretty reasonable. I'll definitely continue working on my wellness goals with Chelsea!“
