Scheduled the facelift massage as a first-time customer.Pros: face, upper back, neck massage felt amazing and was very relaxing. Therapist was accommodating when it came to music and the ambiance was calming.Cons: LED face mask equipment was not working and was part of the reason I wanted to try this particular massage; no notice was given of this. Therapist gave off less than welcoming vibes which maybe they were having an off night, but I couldn’t say since it was my first visit.I did enjoy the massage, but cannot justify the cost on this one, especially with the downed equipment.
There are so MANY great things to say about this place. The staff are always so kind and accomodating. The massage is PERFECTION! Aubry is my therapist and she has made a huge difference in my overall health. Perk - they just moved into a STUNNING new office space with memberships for massage chairs and saunas. Do yourself a favor and call today!
Everyone was very nice.My massage by Rochelle was amazing.Everything just ran smoothly from the time I booked my appointment to the time I left the office.Also, love the chocolate and water that was given after.
