I was pretty nervous letting a new stylist (I had the same stylist in Texas for 13 years) cut and color my hair so we started with a trim on my first visit. Heather understands what a "trim" means and styled my hair really well on the first visit. I have very fine hair that is short, but Heather did not hesitate to understand me, my hair, my lifestyle and my needs.My second visit was a trim and color and while my former stylist sent the formula the products were too different to convert the colors, but Heather was not concerned.
