“I had an amazing experience at this salon! I originally came in hoping for a perm, but Courtney was honest and explained that since my hair was recently bleached, it would cause serious damage. I truly appreciated her professionalism and care for my hair’s health. I’ve been growing out shaved sides and underneath while also going through many color changes (blonde to red, red to brown to blonde) so my hair has been through it. She explained every step, had great conversation, and the kind of confidence you want in a hairstylist. Also was reasonable with pricing! She also made sure I was comfortable the entire time, blanket, feet up, the works. Even though I didn’t get what I originally wanted, I left feeling absolutely beautiful and so much better about myself. She completely changed how I feel about my shorter hair. Highly recommend! ?“

“This was my first visit to the salon and it wont be my last. Kaleigh was my stylist. I scheduled the appointment online and she reached out relatively quickly to connect and discuss what I was looking for. She was completely transparent about pricing throughout the entire pre consult and appointment. I had zero surprises. I can’t say enough positive things about her. She was wonderful. I never felt rushed. She wasn’t trying to manage more than one client at a time.
The salon itself was clean and well kept. All the girls I interacted with were kind. I went on a Monday and it was relatively calm (which I enjoyed).
I am transitioning to this salon from a Kenneth’s where I have gotten my hair done for over 5+ years. I won’t be back. West Oak was perfect for me.

“I love this place. They are so professional, and do amazing work on hair. I usually choose Brooke because I know with her, I won't leave unless I'm truly happy with the result. Never had to complain about anything though. The Salon is so nice and kept clean, hair doesn't stay on the floor very long. They also have a Spa and Nail Salon, there's a little bit for everyone. They are legit at this place. They have a wide selection of hair and nail related items. I really like the Nail polish selection! Me and my kids really like this place.“
