Todd was an excellent resource. He returned my call promptly and took the time to thoroughly discuss my basement concerns. The amazing thing is that we identified early in the conversation that, because my home is within the City of Columbus, Basement Remedy wouldn’t be able to take the job due to permitting challenges. He was very generous in lending me so much of his time and expertise, knowing it would offer him little tangible benefit.

We called Basement Remedy after having water intrusion in an area of our basement. After having trouble reaching someone that could come take a look in a timely manner, Todd and Tyler were here same day for an inspection. They gave us a thorough explanation and recommendation of repairs. They were very insightful and were able to answer any of our questions, even after they left the inspection. Communication was fantastic throughout the entire process. We would highly recommend!

Great experience with Basement Remedy. My home was built late 1800’s- 1900. A section of our foundation block was crumbling on the outside. I had contacted a couple of other companies that wanted to dig trenches on inside and install sump pump and heavy plastic. Wasn’t addressing my concerns of crumbling block. Todd and Tyler came over and listened to my concerns and immediately had a plan to address my concerns. Replaced 2 sections of block with new block. Rerouted outside downspout drain. Job was completed within 2-3 weeks after meeting with them. Todd and Tyler were very responsive when I called or texted them. Continued to follow up with me after work completed.... read full review
