On June 8th two gentle men came and installed my new furnace. Scott and Mike were awesome. They explained everything and asked if i had any questions or concerns. These two gentlemen were the two best i have ever had doing any thing for me. They were concerned when the thermostat would not work after several tries. They apologized and said they would be back the next day. They came and said they brought a different kind and asked me if that was okay. Yes i said.. Again they explained how it worked. I could not asked for to nicer guys.. They were funny and very polite and amusing... You should be very proud to have them as employees. Thank you for the pleasure of getting to meet them.. Thank you Chuck and Zone Comfort.
Chuck salesman was great! And installers were amazing! They put my elderly mother’s furnace in the next day. Very professional and knowledgeable!

From the first phone call to the final fix, their team was courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. They diagnosed the problem fast, explained everything clearly, and had my A/C running like new in no time. The technician was respectful of my home and made sure everything was clean and working perfectly before he left.
