We had an excellent experience building our home with Schumacher. The ability to customize the layout and finishes allowed us to create a space that truly fits our needs, and the overall process was smooth and well‑organized.
I want to especially recognize Brett, our personal builder, for his outstanding communication and leadership throughout the project. As first‑time home builders, we were nervous about the process, but Brett consistently provided clear explanations, proactive updates, and immediate attention to any concerns. His professionalism and genuine care for customers made every phase feel manageable and gave us complete confidence in the build.

We built a Charleston farmhouse in South Carolina and worked with the Savannah/Hilton Head team. We customized it by adding a messy kitchen, larger owners bathroom and a screen in porch. We are absolutely pleased with how it turned out. The house is just beautiful and the layout is perfect for us. CJ, our general contractor, kept the project on time and made sure that things were being completed as expected. Will, the general manager, checked in with us after the move to make sure everything met our expectations. I would recommend Schumacher Homes if you are thinking about building a custom home.
Jim out of the Benson office was truly amazing! Not only did he complete our 3500 sq ft home in 116 days, but he was informative and knowledgeable throughout the whole process. I am very grateful to have had the opportunity to work with him!
