We stopped in looking for an uncommon plumbing valve. Not only did they help us figure out what it was and where we could buy it, they also spent time problem solving another issue and came up with a creative and free solution that worked! Needed to get a part to connect my portable dishwasher to my sink on June 29th. The staff there was able to find a part out of their scrap pile and gave it to me for free! I was so pleased with the service I did buy some snacks from them so they'd get some $ for their time. I recommend them!

The ladies at Renner’s are amazing. I went there with an old bath faucet stem. They diligently checked all of their stock without success. They then spent a lot of time going through catalogs trying to find a match. Eventually they determined the manufacturer and model number.Their nearby suppliers did not have it. They could order it but it would take several days. They then started calling local competitors to see if they had it. After many calls, they found it at the Lowe’s in Green. They then called the store and had them hold it for me.I tried to pay them for their time but they refused. I was blown away by their diligent professionalism.
