She took the time to look on line and make phone calls till she found the part and told me where to go buy it. Absolutely fantastic customer service. Not only did they help us figure out what it was and where we could buy it, they also spent time problem solving another issue and came up with a creative and free solution that worked! Needed to get a part to connect my portable dishwasher to my sink on June 29th. The staff there was able to find a part out of their scrap pile and gave it to me for free! I was so pleased with the service I did buy some snacks from them so they'd get some $ for their time. I recommend them!
