This company is TRASH !!! The aides they employ are BELOW SUBSTANDARD ,the administration is TRASH THEY LIE TO YOU . You received 1 star because I had no other choice. Sending aides that are elderly that have breathing condition sending aides that cannot perform errands due to lack of transportation sending aides that want to preach the Bible sending aides that Constantly on the phone sending aides that do not perform cleaning task. We have had six appointments set up. The first one called five minutes before the girl was due out sheb called off sick. The third one called after 15 min and girl was half hour late. The sixth one no show called the girl she had reported off, called the boss she didn't even know. Three out of six not good.

This place is an absolute joke don't ever work here they rip you off lie to other employees tell other employees ur business don't ever call clients and tell them ur not coming in when u call off always on her phone in ravenna office everyday all day or smoking they don't care what they do trust me don't work or go here at all the will not pay u decent wages nor give u pto time when u are eligible for it .... this place is a joke worst job ever u will be sorry if u apply here ...
