Terrible owners. They don't properly train the aides then expect them to comply with the rules. They also expect the clients to know the rules without explaining them. How can they comply if they aren't aware of them?

Over the past 2 1/2 years, we have worked with Home Helpers for our mother. I can not say enough good things about the company and their caretakers. From the beginning, up until now, their level or professionalism was always at its highest. We have had the same caretaker since the beginning and it was a match made in heaven. My mom just adores her and visa versa. The personal care and attention to my mom's needs couldn't have been better.Home Helpers always called us if a there was a scheduling issue on their end, and they were always quick to respond if we needed to change scheduling times due to doctor appointments, etc. Home Helpers always puts the the client first....read full review

I apply with home helpers and got a call right away ! Exciting right you would think I had noticed that the man that they have representing them over the phone lacks Professional etiquette But being that I was looking for a small part time job between school and my home life it was overlooked I was quickly Hired The two women that did my phone orientation Was very polite and nice but once I received my soon to be clients care plan I needed Clarification on a few things but Before I even get a chance to contact home helpers to get the clarification that I need the unprofessional and disrespectful Male had contacted me 1st inquiring about another client that I agreed to...read full review
