The technician was patient, even though he had to wait, because no one answered the, till I called home. He worked on the original problem and agreed to check on a suggestion of something else we had wrong. His added attention to detail is what fixed everything and prevented a competitor from trying to charge us thousands of dollars to dig up our basement.

My experience was excellent. Scott was great and very transparent, efficient and knowledgeable. I had a clog in my kitchen sink and the garbage disposal went out, he got it back up and working within no time. Will be recommending these guys to family and friends!
